Loss Control Auditing: A Guide for Conducting Fire, Safety, and Security Audits (Occupational Safety & Health Guide Series Book 9)
by E. Scott Dunlap
As a critical function in monitoring workplace safety, loss control auditing provides an organizational assessment of safety program performance in relation to regulatory requirements and company policies. Principles of quality management dictate that measurement of an activity receives organizational attention and provides an excellent tool for communicating performance to management. A comprehensive audit, rather than individual metrics such as injury rate, helps to determine which aspects of a safety program are functioning well and which ones have room for improvement. Loss Control Auditing: A Guide for Conducting Fire, Safety, and Security Audits is a one-stop resource for both developing and executing a loss control audit program. Written for professionals in the fire service, loss prevention, and safety management as well as those studying the fields, this reference addresses loss control auditing from the perspectives of workplace safety, physical security, and fire risks. The text focuses on the three core areas of an audit: documentation review, physical inspection, and employee interviews. It also presents a three-phase modelÑpre-audit, audit, and post audit activitiesÑwhich can be used for all three core areas. It includes detailed information to assist in the development of an effective audit program. The author discusses the foundational elements of an audit program, the written audit program and the audit protocol. Systemic auditing issues of audit scoring, auditor selection and training, audit logistics, and audit frequency are also addressed. The final section of the book discusses the opportunities that can arise in conducting an audit, including how an audit can be used as a training tool and the importance of involving employees in the audit process. The application of the information presented in this volume is facilitated by representative case studies included at the end of each chapter. An up-to-date reference, this text is unique in the depth of material presented and provides an excellent resource on how to develop and execute a loss control audit program.
My girl came through and showed me this website. Was really sus about it, but this website is legit. The price is amazing because ya boy is a broke college student. Overall legit business
Great EBook Deal
This is a great price for the book in electronic format. I paid more through Google books, and was only given single page by page view access only and they didn’t advertise it as that. So not cool.
Wish I would have found this sooner..
Thanks again this is awesome and is a great deal!!!!!
Suspicious price, Trustworthy content

Got the download I was promised in full! Thank you for not breaking the bank for this college student <3
GREAT BOOK -- GREAT SERVICE
THANK YOU. Upon cursory examination, I am thrilled with the book. You people are great. Now I don’t have to type out everything — and it is very readable. I am so glad I cancelled my other order — book was very costly — and was going to take 3 weeks to get. Yet here you are, and you gave it to me quickly, conveniently — “right now!” WOW. I will certainly remember you. Thank you so much.
It Does Really Work
I found this site and I was going to purchase the book when I saw the program to get it for free. I copy the link, email all my classmates on canvas, took a screen picture, and sent it to them, next morning I received the code and I applied to the cart and I got my pdf download. It’s real and the pdf is real and it works, all pages opened. Thank you so much!!!
